Two estates. Two regions. One vision.

Bordeaux's Château Giscours, a Third Growth of Margaux, and Caiarossa, a benchmark estate in coastal Tuscany’s Val di Cecina, come together through the shared philosophy of the AJ Domaines family. This evening offers a rare opportunity to explore their synergy side by side.

Guests will taste three vintages from each property:

Caiarossa 2006, 2010, 2016: a biodynamically farmed wine rooted in Tuscany but shaped by a Bordeaux sensibility.

Château Giscours 2016, 2022 and La Sirène de Giscours 2015: expressions of Margaux finesse and depth.

Seven wines in total

Pauline Wlodarzyck, educator and ambassador for AJ Domaines, will guide the conversation, offering insight into the estates, their winemaking philosophies, and the common threads that bind them.

Dinner will be accompanied by five thoughtful courses from Chef Ty and his team, designed to illuminate the character of each wine.

This experience is for those who appreciate aged reds, cross-regional storytelling, and the nuance that comes with time in the bottle.
