Valpolicella Wine Dinner

with Marco Dal Forno of Dal Forno Romano

We are profoundly honored to host one of the most extraordinary events in our history, our first ever Valpolicella wine dinner featuring the legendary Dal Forno Romano estate.

Marco Dal Forno, second generation of this iconic family winery, will join us for what promises to be the most unique dinner we have ever curated. Born into the vines and entrusted with the estate since 2020, Marco carries forward a legacy that has forever changed Valpolicella. Through exacting vineyard practices and visionary innovation in the cellar, Dal Forno has set the benchmark for excellence, producing wines coveted by collectors and connoisseurs across the globe.

At our community table, Marco will lead the conversation as we pour six wines of astonishing rarity and prestige: a mini-vertical of Valpolicella Superiore 2018 and 2019, a mini-vertical of Amarone della Valpolicella 2008 and 2011, and culminating in the impossibly rare Recioto Vigna Sere Passito 2004 — of which only a handful of bottles exist in the United States.

To complement these once-in-a-lifetime wines, Chef Ty Leon and the Restaurant Olivia culinary team will craft a five-course menu designed to elevate and harmonize with each glass.

With wines of this scarcity, and with Marco himself guiding us through his family’s story and vision, this dinner is not only exclusive, it is unrepeatable.

Reception begins promptly at 6:00, dinner begins at 6:15.
