Join us for a night of grain with Daniel Gray, Head Miller of Dry Storage Mill.
Dry Storage is on a crusade to change how you think about grains. They seek to forage a new connection between people & grains. Freshly milled flour is akin to produce or wine: alive, nuanced and expressive of terroir. Like any ingredient, it's best fresh. Dry Storage believes their grains are an antidote to the modern industrialized food system. Organic agriculture and regenerative practices nourish the soil and combat climate change.
This is a hands-on pasta class, be ready to roll up your sleeves and roll out the dough.
Our team will walk you through Olivia's tried-and-true noodle recipes, sharing stories of our favorite ingredients and techniques, as well as instructions for cooking the perfect dish. Then settle in for a multi-course dinner prepared with chef Ty’s handmade pasta made with, of course, incomparable Dry Storage flour.
Price includes a multi course dinner with wine, and a jar of Olivia's house made pomodoro. Aprons will be provided for use during the class.
