Brunello di Montalcino Wine Dinner
with Natalie Oliveros of La Fiorita
We’re thrilled to host another powerhouse wine dinner, this time featuring one of Italy’s most iconic regions—Brunello di Montalcino.
La Fiorita, led by Natalie Oliveros, has become one of the standout boutique estates on the southeastern slopes of Montalcino. American-born with deep Italian roots, Natalie has guided the winery since 2011, crafting expressive, elegant Brunello that reflect the soul of Sangiovese and the land it comes from.
Together around our community table, Natalie will lead us through seven wines, including a vertical of Brunello di Montalcino 2015, 2018, and 2019, plus the Riserva 2018 and the super rare, single-vineyard, “Fiore di No” 2016.
Our culinary team will create a five-course menu designed to complement each wine, highlighting the depth and character of this remarkable region.
Join us for an evening of connection, storytelling, and 100% Sangiovese from one of Italy’s top estates.
