Napa Valley Wine Dinner
with Guillaume Boudet of Hyde de Villaine (HdV)
The next chapter of our wine dinner series brings a rare, cross-continental collaboration to our community table: Hyde de Villaine (HdV).
This partnership serves as a historic bridge between two of the world's most respected winemaking lineages—Napa viticulturist Larry Hyde, who has shaped the Carneros landscape since 1977, and Aubert de Villaine of Burgundy’s legendary Domaine de la Romanée-Conti. Together, they have spent over two decades merging French traditionalism with California’s pioneering spirit, focusing on the cool-climate elegance that defines the windswept hills of Carneros. By practicing a philosophy of minimal intervention, they ensure that the natural acidity and refined structure of the Hyde Vineyard remains the protagonist of every bottle.
We are honored to host HdV winemaker Guillaume Boudet for an immersive evening of storytelling and craft. Throughout the night, Guillaume will share his intimate knowledge of these vines as we explore a curated lineup of five estate wines, each paired with a course by our culinary team to complement the precision and grace of the HdV style.
The flight includes two distinct Chardonnay expressions, the "OG" Belle Cuisine blend, the Ygnacia Pinot Noir, and a Restaurant Olivia exclusive: the Californio Syrah. This is a singular opportunity to pull up a chair and experience the nuance of one of Napa’s most respected sites through the lens of those who farm it.
