Roeno Wine Dinner
with Luca d’Arcano of Cantina Roeno
Our wine dinner lineup continues with an exclusive journey into the rugged, high-altitude terroir of northern Italy. On this special night, we are hosting Cantina Roeno for a collaboration centered around native grapes, mountain terrain, and true viticultural anomalies.
Founded by the Fugatti family, Roeno sits in a narrow glacial valley bridging the Veneto and Trentino regions. This "no boundaries" geography combines mineral-rich soils with constant Alpine breezes, allowing the vineyards to produce intensely expressive mountain wines that balance brilliant, terroir-driven versions of well-known classics with ancient, hidden gems.
Our host for the evening, Luca d’Arcano—Roeno sales manager and local native—will lead a lively conversation around our community table while our culinary team creates a five-course menu paired with six exceptional wines. The lineup features stunning expressions of Trentodoc Sparkling, Pinot Grigio, and Riesling, alongside rare native varieties like Marzemino, Teroldego, and the ultra-rare Enantio—a living piece of history sourced from pre-phylloxera vines dating back to 1865 and protected by the Slow Food Presidio.
This intimate dinner will be not only a gastronomic treat, but also highly educational as Luca shares his deep regional knowledge in a conversational and convivial setting.
Reception starts promptly at 6:00. Dinner begins at 6:15.
