We’re thrilled to host another unforgettable wine dinner, this time highlighting the remarkable wines of Cantina Terlano from Italy’s Alto Adige region.

Widely acclaimed as one of the world’s finest white wine producers — with bottlings renowned for their ability to age for decades — Terlano also stands as a model of cooperative winemaking excellence, producing wines from both international varieties and the native grapes of the Bolzano Valley.

Leading us through the evening will be Julia Springeth, Terlano’s export manager since 2015 and a passionate ambassador for the estate, whose family has been among its growers for generations. Julia’s deep knowledge of Terlano’s rich, century-old legacy promises an insightful and engaging tasting experience.

Guests will enjoy a curated selection of seven wines, including a special comparative tasting of Terlano’s renowned Pinot Bianco blends — featuring the especially rare Terlaner I Primo Grande Cuvée — alongside refined reds such as Lagrein and Pinot Nero. Chef Ty and our culinary team have crafted a five-course menu thoughtfully designed to complement each wine.
